DOCS is a retail consultant and a retail operator active in the Lebanese CP market with a core business built around petrol convenience and directly affiliated to MEDCO the leading Petrol Retailer in Lebanon. DOCS drives an Omni-Channel strategy to grow and diversify its revenue streams by endorsing innovations in new Brick & Mortar verticals, online and digital shopping, inventive private labels, and the freshest food service offering. The operation covers a full cycle solution from creation to setup, procurement, retail and online.

With one core brand “YALA”, more than 50 stores, 240 employees, and 20,000 sales transactions per day, DOCS currently is the leading retailer of the single serve segment in Lebanon and a key player in the online grocery channel.

Antoine El Am

Antoine El Am is the Managing Director of DOCS SAL, a company directly affiliated with Medco and the driving force behind the Yala Stop convenience brand.

Antoine brings over two decades of experience in FMCG retail, consumer product distribution, brand management, and omni-channel operations. He has dedicated half of his career to brand and distribution management, and the other half to leading grocery, convenience, and e-commerce operations. Since the establishment of DOCS in 2012, Antoine has been part of its founding team, and together with a committed and accomplished group, has helped shape DOCS into a leader in Lebanon’s single-serve retail segment and a key player in the online grocery space.

Antoine holds a BA in Marketing and Finance from (LAU), an MBA from (AUD), and an Executive MBA jointly awarded by (ESA) Business School and (ESCP Business School).
